Mindy Yoder is a Women’s Wellness Dietitian and Travel Coach who helps busy, professional women feel better in their bodies by aligning self-care, nutrition, and travel routines with how they want to feel. With over 15 years of experience supporting women through life’s many transitions, Mindy created the signature P.E.A.C.E. system to offer practical, flexible guidance that works in real life—not just ideal circumstances. Inspired by her own story of finding calm under a willow tree as a child, she built Rest By The Willow to be a space of nourishment, comfort, and sustainable wellness for women on the go.
